Underground Atlanta's Peach Drop is among one of the most revered New Year's Celebrations right next to the New Year's Eve celebration in Time Square.

Over the last seventeen years, Underground Atlanta has created a Southeastern tradition. There is a wide variety of entertainment throughout the day long celebration from Little Richard to Sister Hazel and the Temptations to Edwin McCain. Radio Disney is on hand to entertain the little ones throughout the day as well. When midnight arrives, it takes 65 seconds for the eight foot tall, 800 pound Georgia Peach to descend from the top of Underground's 138 foot light tower, followed by a dramatic display of pyrotechnics and fireworks.

The Peach Drop is targeted to a broad range of demographics and will provide a level of entertainment satisfying to families with children as well as adults wishing to experience a traditional New Year's Eve celebration.
